We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for the delivery at the time you make your order. Your book will be dispatched after it has been printed and in any event within 7 days of your order.

All items delivered to both UK and international address will be dispatched using Royal Mail First Class.

At the end of your first order you will have the option to ORDER MORE BOOKS. All orders will be added to your shopping basket. When you have ordered all the books that you require you proceed to CHECKOUT where the appropriate postage rates will be applied to your entire order.  Please see 'What are the costs of postage' in the frequently asked questions.

Please place your order by the 15th of December for delivery before Christmas. Orders recieved after the 15th will be produced and dispatched as quickly as possible, but could be subject to postal and production delays. All orders received after the 17th December will delivered in January. Worldwide customers should allow for seasonal postal delays.

To create a book we need the child's names, address, date of birth and the names of 3 of their friends. As you enter the data there are help buttons avaialable for clarification of the requirements. Apart from that, you need to supply a delivery address and of course payment details unless you have a voucher code.

In the UK, postage on an an order for a single book will be £0.95. Two or more books will be sent for £1.50. For the rest of the world, postage is £2.99 per book ordered.

Our office is manned between 9:00am and 5:00pm GMT Monday to Friday. There is a 24hr answer machine on our main telephone number. We endeavour to respond to e-mails within 24hrs.

We keep the books as up to date as possible by changing the players and manager as soon as they move except during the summer transfer period. We issue a new season's book as soon as we can after the transfer window closes at the end of August each year.
