Dream Books - Liverpool FC Signed Shirt draw Terms & Conditions

• The draw is organised by Dream Books Ltd, P.O.Box 966, Woking, Surrey. GU21 4WZ.
• Every individual who purchases a Liverpool FC Dream Book during the draw period will be given an entry into the prize draw.
• By entering the draw, entrants agree to be bound by the rules shown below. If you do not wish your name to be entered into the draw please write to Customer Services, Dream Books Ltd, P.O.Box 966, Woking, GU21 4WZ.
• The start date for the draw is 1st March 2010 and the closing date is 11:59pm on Wednesday March 31 2010.
• The prize consists of a Liverpool FC home jersey 2008-2010 GB size medium in regular fit. Complete with 16 player signatures and certificate of authenticity.
• There are no additional or replacement prizes on offer.
• The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries and under the supervision of an independent person on April 1st 2010.
• No cash or other alternative in part or full will be offered in lieu of the specified prizes. Prizes are not transferable. In the event of unforeseen circumstances Dream Books Ltd reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
• Dream Books Ltd reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
• Dream Books Ltd?s decision is binding in all matters.
• The prize winner will be contacted by email or telephone by 5pm on Friday April 9th. Winners must respond to notification of their prize within 14 days otherwise the right to claim the prize will be lost and the promoter reserves the right to re-award the prize(s).
• The name of the winner will be available from Dream Books Ltd, P.O.Box 966, Woking Surrey. GU21 4HY for 28 days after the closing dates.
• Winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity as specified by Dream Books Ltd.
• Dream Books Ltd can accept no responsibility for, and reserves the right to refuse, entries which are corrupt, incomplete, lost or damaged or fail to arrive by the closing date. Dream Books Ltd can accept no responsibility for entries which are lost or damaged in the post. Proof of posting does not constitute proof of entry.
• Employees of Dream Books Ltd or any company involved in the draw or, if relevant, suppliers to which the draw relates, or any advertising/media agency or web company connected with Dream Books Ltd or any such person's subsidiary or associated companies, agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to enter the Competition. Dream Books Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
